How fast can I have delivery if I pay by check?
Money orders are treated like cash and delivery can be immediate if the item is in stock. Personal checks require a holding period of two weeks (10 business days) from the DATE OF DEPOSIT. I recommend money orders for prompt delivery.

Can cufflinks be made?
Yes, but keep in mind that it works better if there is no obvious left or right to the design. Cost will depend upon the style of back you choose. All cufflinks are considered a special order and are non-refundable. Special orders take up to 3 to 4 weeks

Can you make your jewelry in other metals besides yellow gold?
I can cast in white gold. I do not cast in silver other than what is shown in silver. There is a $15 extra charge for white gold. It is considered a special order and therefore nonrefundable. Please allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks delivery if not in stoc

Can designs be made into pins?
Yes. Depending on the style of pin back, the price will vary from about $20 to $50. You can also have your own jeweler do the work.

Are all the stones genuine?
Yes, Nancy only uses natual blue sapphires in the eyes of her animal jewelry. She also uses only fine, white, well-cut diamonds.

Are all designs cast in SOLID 14K Gold?
There are only 3 pieces (2 in the Horse Head Section and 1 in the Kitty Section) that are in silver and they are noted appropriately.

Yes. Nancy Engle not only designs but hand carves each original piece.
